About

I am a Clinical Psychologist with 15 years experience working with children of all ages and their parents, adults and families as they navigate a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges. My practice is grounded in the belief that our well-being is deeply connected to our environment, and that disconnection—from nature, from others, and from our own bodies—can contribute to both psychological and physical challenges.

At the heart of my approach is the creation of safe, supportive spaces where individuals and families can explore their inner resources and the relational challenges they face. My work focuses on strengthening relationships and facilitating healing through authentic connection. Therapy is guided by a knowledge that when the body and mind feel safe and supported, healing and growth can often unfold naturally. Moreover as a mother I understand and appreciate the challenges parents face in raising the next generation.
